پیش بینی خلاقیت دانش آموزان بر اساس ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و راهبردهای یادگیری

چکیده

هدف پژوهش، پیش بینی خلاقیت دانش آموزان بر اساس راهبردهای یادگیری و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی بود. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دوره متوسطه دوم شهر بجنورد به تعداد 536 نفر بود که 224 نفر طبق فرمول کوکران و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شد. داده­ها توسط سه پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی نئو کاستا و مک کری (1985)، راهبردهای یادگیری کرمی (1381) و خلاقیت صمدآقایی (1382)  جمع­آوری شد که روایی آنها از نوع صوری و محتوایی بود و پایایی  از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب (87/0)، (80/0) و (82/0) برآورد گردید. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss21 استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد ویژگی های باز بودن، سازگاری و سبک هویت سردرگم اجتنابی به میزان 27 درصد قادر به پیش‌بینی خلاقیت بودند. مقدار ضرایب بتا برای راهبردهای یادگیری برابر با (0.40=β)، برای باز بودن نسبت به تجارب جدید برابر با  (0.32=β) و برای برون‌گرایی برابر با  (0.21=β) است که به صورت معنادار قادر به پیش‌بینی خلاقیت می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to predict students' creativity based on learning strategies and personality traits. Considering the aspect of goals, the research was an applied study and in terms of the method was descriptive-correlation one. The statistical population of this study included all second-graders students in Bojnourd city that 224 of 536 people were selected according to Cochran's formula and by random sampling method. Then, data were collected by Costa and McCarey personality traits (1985), Karami learning strategies (2002) and Samad Aghaee's creativity (2003) questionaries. Their validity was of formal and content type, and reliability was determined through Cronbach's alpha (0.87), (0.80) and (0.82), respectively. SPSS 21 was also used to analyze the data. Accordingly, research findings showed the openness, adaptability, and style of avoiding confusion identity were 27% which was able to predict creativity. The beta coefficients for learning strategies were roughly equal  to (β = 0.40), open to new experiences (β = 0.32) and for extraversion equal to (β = 0.21)that indicated to be meaningfully predictable of creativity.
