تحلیل انتقادی سیستم ارزشیابی استاد توسط دانشجویان (مروری نظامند)

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر نگاهی نقادانه به سیستم ارزشیابی استاد توسط دانشجویان در دانشگاه‌ها با بررسی انتقادات به آن در پژوهش‌های داخلی است. نظام آموزش عالی ایران در دهه‌های اخیر با چالش‌های جدی مربوط به کیفیت آموزش مواجه شده است که ارزشیابی از استاد نیز در صورتی که به شکل صحیح انجام پذیرد هم باعث بهبود کیفیت آموزش دانشگاه‌ها و هم بازخورد مناسب را برای تجزیه و تحلیل مسائل آموزشی، تصمیم گیری‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی‌های راهبردی در اختیار مسؤولان قرار می‌دهد. لذا این مطالعه به روش مروری نظامند تدوین شده است که در آن کتب و مقالات مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی: Magiran، SID، Google، Scholar، Ensani، sciencedirect با کلیدواژه‌های؛ ارزشیابی، استاد، دانشجو، کیفیت آموزش Evaluation, professor, student, education qualityدر بازه زمانی (1370-1396؛ 1993-2018) با تأکید بر منابع فارسی جستجو و گردآوری شدند. نتایج حاصل از مطالعات پژوهش‌ها بیانگر این امر است که سیستم فعلی ارزشیابی اساتید توسط دانشجو اگر چه ایرادات فراوانی دارد اما در حال حاضر در بسیاری از کشورها در حال اجراست لذا باید اصلاحاتی در آن اعمال شود یا ارزشیابی از استاد به وسیله ترکیبی از منابع اطلاعاتی صورت پذیرد و در پایان بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده پیشنهادات سیاستی برای بهبود فرایند ارزشیابی ذکر شده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to critically evaluate the teacher's assessment system by university students by examining the criticisms of it in internal research. Iran's higher education system has faced serious challenges to the quality of education in recent decades. The assessment of the professor, if properly done, improves the quality of university education and appropriate feedback for analyzing educational issues, provides decision making and strategic planning to the authorities. Therefore, this study  was compiled by a systematic overview in the books and articles related to the subject of research in databases: Magiran, SID, Google Scholar, Ensani, sciencedirect with keywords; evaluation; professor; student; quality of teaching assessment; professor, student, education quality during the time period (1370-1396; 1993-2018) with an emphasis on Persian sources. Therefore, the outcomes of research indicated that the current system of evaluation of professors by students, although it has many problems, was currently being implemented in many countries, therefore, modifications should be made or the assessment of the professor by a combination of information sources. Finally, based on the results, policy suggestions for improving the evaluation process are mentioned.
