مطالعه کیفی: شناسایی مولفه های دانشگاه کارآفرین

چکیده

مأموریت دانشگاه­ها در بستر زمان، همگام با تحولات و دگرگونی های جهانی و در راستای هدف پاسخگویی به نیازهای اقتضایی جوامع، دچار تحول شده و به سوی مشارکت در پارادایم کارآفرینانه درحال حرکت است، الگوی علمی این پژوهش براساس مصاحبه کیفی صورت گرفته با روسای دانشگاه­ها و نخبگان دانشگاهی و روش نمونه‌گیری به دو صورت هدفمند و  گلوله‌ی برفی می‌باشد و در نهایت با مراجعه به خبرگان، 22 مصاحبه کیفی صورت گرفت و با استفاده از تکنیک گرندد تئوری به شناسایی مولفه های دانشگاه کارافرین در دانشگاه پیام نور پرداخته شد ضرورت هر یک از مولفه های مدل استخراج شده برای شناسایی مولفه های دانشگاه کارافرین بررسی گردیده، پژوهش با روش کدگذاری در سه مرحله باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شد. یافته­ها بیانگر 2 کد اصلی استخراج و کدها در 9 محور گروه­بندی شده­اند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می­دهد که مقوله های شناسایی شده که بیشترین تاثیر را در ایجاد دانشگاه کارافرین دارد به ترتیب:عوامل درونی (کیفیت خدمات-منابع مالی-توانمند ی-ساختار سازمانی-فرهنگ سازمانی-سیاستهای آموزشی و پژوهشی- مدیریت و رهبری)  عوامل بیرونی(عوامل زمینه ای ملی و منطقه ای- عوامل بین المللی) می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The mission of universities in the context of time, in keeping with global developments and changes, has evolved to meet the needs of societies, and is moving towards participation in the entrepreneurial paradigm. In other words, in a world where globalization plays an important role in the process of social and economic changes, so the role of universities has changed with respect to new responsibilities for a changing society, such as the national economy, social development, the reduction of public finances and the educational market. Hence, the scientific model of this research was based on a qualitative interview with university’s heads and elites and a two-way sampling method for snowball. Finally, 22 qualitative interviews were conducted by referring to experts. Using Grendard's theory, the entrepreneurial university’ components were identified at Payame Noor University. Afterwards, the necessity of each components of the extracted model was investigated by coding in three stages: Open, Axial and selective analysis. The findings represented two main extraction codes and then that codes were grouped in 9 axes. Finally, the results of the research illustrated that the identified categories those had the greatest impact on the creation of the entrepreneurship university were internal factors (service quality, financial resources, ability, organizational structure, organizational culture, educational and research policies, management and leadership) and external factors (national and regional background factors, international factors), too.
