مدل نوآوری دانش‌محور؛ فلسفه، چشم‌اندار و اهداف

چکیده

همواره فلسفه، چشم‌انداز، رویکردها و اهداف مدل‌های نوآورانه پژوهشگران مورد بحث و بررسی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق نامحدود و نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر 768 نفر می‌باشد. پرسشنامه‌ی بی‏نام به عنوان ابزار جمع‏آوری اطلاعات جهت سنجش و ارزیابی‏ سؤالات پژوهش است. تمامی مراحل و فرایندهای اصیل؛ در پیشبرد برنامه‌ریزی‌های توسعه‌ای و راهبردی، ساختارسازی دانش و  نوآوری و مسیرسازی‌های کمی و کیفی به منظور دستیابی و تحقق هر یک از امور نیازمند بهبود عملکرد تحول‌آفرین است. از آن‌جا که دانشگاه­ها با برنامه‌ریزی‌های علمی و منسجم باید نسبت به ارتقاء ابعاد و مؤلفه­های نوآوری دانش‌محور همت گمارند تا از این طریق باعث بهبود عملکرد تحول‌آفرین در دانشگاه شوند نگاه به فلسفه، اهداف و چشم‌انداز ابعاد تحول مهم جلوه می‌نماید. با عنایت به تحلیل مسیر انجام شده بر اساس مؤلفه‌های پیشنهادی فلسفه، چشم‌انداز و اهداف قابلیت پاسخگویی پیدا می‌کند. ولی در پیشبرد مدل پیوست می‌توان بر اساس پیشبرد نوآوری مبتنی بر دانش در بحث و بررسی مطالعات برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی در نظام آموزش عالی و تعمیم آن به تمام ساختارهای نظام آموزش بسترسازی‌های مناسب را به منظور دستیابی به هر چه بهتر شدن الگوهای استاندارد ساختارسازی نمود.

چکیده [English]

The philosophy, vision, approaches and goals of the researchers' innovative models always been discussed. the statistical population of the present study was considered to be unlimited. The statistical sample consisted of 768 participants. The data collection tool was an anonymous questionnaire to assess and evaluate the research questions. All stages and processes of the original; in advancing developmental and strategic planning, the structuring of knowledge, and quantitative and qualitative innovation for the achievement and realization of each of the Responsibilities, needs improvement of transformational performance. Since universities, with their scientific and coherent planning, should promote the dimensions and components of knowledge-based innovation in order to improve the transformational performance of the university, the look to philosophy, goals, and perspective of the dimensions of transformation is important. Given the path analysis, philosophy, vision and goals find capability the answer. But in advancing the appendix model base on advancement of knowledge-based innovation in the discussion and study of educational planning studies in the higher education system and its generalization to all the structures of the education, providing appropriate structutre in order to achieve to standard patterns.
