This research was a practical study and it was done in descriptive method. The population was 342 students of physical education field at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. Approximately, 160 subjects were selected using Morgan Table. In this study, four effective factors in the implementation of e-learning including the quality of services and units, quality of information, interacting in online environment and the quality of system and infrastructure were evaluated and prioritized by a researcher-made questionnaire. Then, validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts as well as the reliability of the questionnaire was estimated 0.82 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Validity of the hypotheses was tested by Student t-test and Topsis. According to Student t-test results, all four elements including quality of services and units, quality of information, interacting in online environment and quality of systems and infrastructure were considered effective factors on the success of e-learning at students. Moreover, based on the results of Topsis test, the most important factor was the quality of infrastructures, although interacting in online environment was the least one.
