بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز در مورد عملکرد آموزشی اساتید

چکیده

 ارتقای کیفیت آموزش، مستلزم ارزیابی مستمر فراگیران از اساتید خود می‌باشد. شناخت نظرات دانشجویان در مورد ارزیابی فعالیت‌های آموزشی و عملکرد اساتید می‌تواند آن‌ها را با نقاط قوت و ضعف خود در امر آموزش، آشنا کند و امکان اصلاح و بهبود کیفیت آن را فراهم نماید. مطالعة حاضر با هدف تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز در مورد عملکرد آموزشی اساتید طراحی گردید. این پژوهش یک مطالعة توصیفی- مقطعی می‌باشد. در این مطالعه، برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته که شامل 22 سؤال بود استفاده شده و توسط 50 نفر از دانشجویان مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز در نیمسال اول تحصیلی 88 – 1387 تکمیل گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، با این که اکثر شاخص‌های عملکرد آموزشی اساتید از دیدگاه دانشجویان در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب ارزیابی شدند، اما ارائه و اجرای طرح درس بالینی توسط اعضای هیات علمی گروه در سطح نامطلوب می‌باشد. اگرچه اکثر ابعاد مورد بررسی در سطح مطلوب و نسبتاً مطلوب گزارش شدند، اما تقویت جنبه‌های مثبت و اصلاح نقایص می‌تواند گامی مؤثر در راستای ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی باشد. همچنین با توجه به این که اکثر دانشجویان معتقدند که وجود طرح درس به یادگیری بهتر آن‌ها کمک می‌نماید، لذا باید اعضای هیئت علمی تشویق به نگارش طرح درس گردند.

چکیده [English]

Improving the educational quality requires students' continuous evaluation of their professors. Recognizing students' comments on evaluating educational activities and professors performance can introduce them to their own strengths and weaknesses in education and provide the opportunity to improve its quality. This study aimed to determine the viewpoint of Ahvaz Jundishapur Medical Sciences University, midwifery students on professors' educational performance. This research is a descriptive-sectional study. In this study, data were collected by using researcher-made questionnaire, which contained 22 questions and had been completed by 50 midwifery students of Ahvaz Jundishapur Medical Sciences University in the first academic semester of 2008-09. Research findings indicated that although most indices of professors' educational performance from the point of view of students were considered as relatively optimal, but presentation and performance of clinical lesson plan was undesirable. Although, most aspects were reported as desirable and relatively desirable, but reinforcing the positive aspects and modifying defects can also be an effective step towards improving educational quality. Also considering that most students believe that lesson plan helps them to improve better learning, so board members should be encouraged to write lesson plan.
