The present study was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction level of patients referred to the dental clinic of Dentistry College. The purpose of this study was to view each patient’s satisfaction regarding to the activities of different departments of the dentistry college. The Results of this study could be used for improvement of the activities of each department and finally providing better satisfaction level for the referring patients. The designed study was based on questionnaire and patients were selected randomly. Each questionnaire included the level of satisfaction of the referred patient and other independent variable. The analysis of the data was determined by using spss software. The most satisfaction level of the referred patients was the sanitation of equipments (3.09%) facilities (3.03%), bedside manner (2.97%), manner of encounter reception (2.81%), patients payment satisfaction level (2.89%), satisfaction of quality of the treatment (2.69%), satisfaction of manner of the encounter clerk reception of the different departments (2.62%),satisfaction of visiting schedule (2.46%),the lowest level of satisfaction of the referred patient was on the course of dental treatment (2.36%). The most satisfaction level of patient for the departments of radiology, periodontology , and orthodoncy was 28.3% , 26.4% and 26.1% respectively .In the present study , the most satisfaction level of the referred patient was attributed to the equipments and facilities of the dental clinic. It is suggested that in order to promote the improvement of dental service for satisfaction of the patient , the shorest period of treatment , supervising of the teaching staff during the patient treatment is suggested.
