بررسی تاثیر جو مدرسه بر میزان خلاقیت دانش آموزان مدارس متوسطه شهر تهران

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر جو مدرسه بر میزان خلاقیت دانش آموزان مدارس متوسطه شهر تهران در سال 1396 صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده­ها توصیفی-پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 1000 نفر از دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم مدارس منطقه 4 شهر تهران در ســال تحصیــلی 1396-1395 بود، که از این میان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چندمرحله ای280 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. روش جمع آوری داده ها بر اساس پرسشنامه های استاندارد جو سازمانی هالپین و کرافت (1963) و پرسشنامه خلاقیت اونیل و عابدی (1996) انجام گرفت. پس از جمع آوری پرسشنامه ها، بررسی اطلاعات و آزمودن فرضیه ها با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرم افزار Smart PLS 2 در دو بخش مدل اندازه گیری و بخش ساختاری انجام پذیرفت. در بخش اول ویژگی های فنی پرسشنامه شامل پایایی، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا مختص PLS بررسی گردید. در بخش دوم، ضرایب معناداری نرم افزار برای بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در نهایت یافته های پژوهش تاثیر جو مدرسه و ابعاد هشتگانه آن بر میزان خلاقیت دانش آموزان مدارس متوسطه شهر تهران مورد تأیید قرار داد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of school climate on the creativity of high school students in Tehran in 1396. The research method was applied for the purpose of the research and the method of data collection was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 1,000 secondary school students in district 4 of Tehran in the academic year 1396-1395. Among them, using Cochran's formula and multi-stage random sampling method, 280 subjects were considered as sample size. . The method of data collection was based on the Hallipin & Kraft Standard Organizational Climate Questionnaire (1963) and O'Neill & Abedi's Inventory of Creativity (1996). After collecting questionnaires, data analysis and testing of hypotheses were done using structural equation modeling method and using Smart PLS 2 software in two parts of measuring model and structural part. In the first part, technical characteristics of the questionnaire including reliability, convergent validity and divergent validity of PLS-specific questionnaire were investigated. In the second part, the software's significant coefficients were used to examine the research hypotheses. Finally, the findings of the study confirmed the effect of school climate and its octagonal dimensions on the creativity of high school students in Tehran.
