تأثیر آموزش مهارت های مدیریت زمان بر مدیریت زمان و مهارت های مطالعه دانشجویان رشته روانشناسی دانشگاه پیام نور اهواز در سال تحصیلی 1395

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر که به صورت نیمه آزمایشی (طرح پیش‌آزمون‌-‌پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل‌) صورت گرفت، تأثیر مداخله آموزشی مهارت‌های مدیریت زمان بر مدیریت زمان و مهارت‌های مطالعه دانشجویان رشته روان-شناسی دانشگاه پیام نور اهواز به محک آزمایش گذاشته شد. تحقیق حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی و از نوع طرح پیش-آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. در این تحقیق 40 نفر از دانشجویان رشته روان‌شناسی آن دانشگاه انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل (‌هر گروه 20 نفر‌) تقسیم شدند و به مدت ده جلسه در معرض آموزش مهارت‌های مدیریت زمان قرار گرفتند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌های رفتارهای مدیریت زمان ترومن و هارتلی (1996) و مهارت‌های مطالعه مرکز مشاوره موسسه پلی‌تکنیک دانشگاه ویرجییا (2004) صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. تحقیق حاضر نشان داد آزمودنی‌هایی که در معرض جلسات آموزشی مهارت‌های مدیریت زمان قرار گرفته بودند، نسبت به آنهایی که چنین آموزشی‌هایی ندیده بودند از لحاظ مدیریت زمان و مهارت‌های مطالعه عملکرد بهتری پیدا کردند. نتایج تحقیق حاضر پیشنهاد می‌دهد که آموزش مهارت مدیریت زمان باعث افزایش مدیریت زمان و مهارت مطالعه دانشجویان هدف گردید

چکیده [English]

The present study was a semi-experimental (pre-test-post-test-control study with control group). Effect of educational intervention on time management skills and study skills of students of psychology of payame Noor University of the Ahwaz was tested. The present study is semi-experimental and pre-test-post-test design with control group. In this research, 40 students of the faculty of psychology of the university were selected and divided into experimental and control groups (20 people each) and exposed to time management skills for ten sessions. Data were collected through Truman and Hartley time management behavior questionnaires (1996) and the study skills of the Polytechnic Consulting Center of the university of Virginia (2004). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. This study showed that subjects exposed to time management training sessions had better performance in terms of time management and study skills than those who did not attend such training courses. The results of this study suggest that training of time management skills would increase the time management and study skills of the target students
