شناسایی مؤلفه‌های یک پایان‌نامه هدفمند در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کشور بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد

چکیده

پایان‌نامه‌ها از منابع اطلاعاتی با ارزش هستند، که به دلیل ماهیت و ویژگی خاصی که دارند، نقش مهمی در پیکره دانش ایفا می‌کنند و همه ساله مقدار زیادی از امکانات مالی دولت و بخش قابل توجهی از نیرو و وقت اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها صرف آن می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفه‌های یک پایان‌نامه هدفمند در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور بود.
این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی است، که با استفاده از روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. جامعه آماری تعداد 60 نفر، متشکل از کلیه معاونان و مدیران پژوهشی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور بودند، که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، گردآوری اطلاعات در نفر 38 به اشباع رسید. لذا همین تعداد به عنوان مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش انتخاب شدند .داده‌ها به وسیله پرسشنامه باز پاسخ گردآوری شد. برای به دست آوردن اعتبار و روایی داده‌‎ها از روش مرور خبرگان غیر شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوا بررسی شدند.
ازتحلیل پاسخ‌ها، 204 کد به دست آمد، که در داخل 53 شناسه (مفاهیم) قرارداده شد. شناسه‌های به دست آمده نیز در قالب 23 مفهوم اصلی جای گرفتند که 3 مقوله‌ی عمده (مؤلفه‌های ورودی پایان‌نامه، مؤلفه‌های فرآیندی پایان‌نامه و مؤلفه‌های خروجی پایان‌‌نامه) از آنها استخراج گردید و از ترکیب و تجزیه و تحلیل مفاهیم اولیه و مقوله‌ها، پایان‌نامه هدفمند به عنوان مقوله هسته‌ای انتخاب شد. در نهایت طبق رویکرد سیستماتیک نظریه داده بنیاد و با توجه به شرایط علّی، شرایط زمینه‌ای و شرایط مداخله‌گر راهبردهایی تدوین و مدل نهایی بر اساس آن ارائه گردید و در نهایت نتیجه‌گیری شدکه با نگرش سیستمی به پایان‌نامه و توجه تواًمان به عوامل ورودی، فرآیندی و خروجی می‌توان به پایان‌نامه‌های هدفمند در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی دست یافت.

چکیده [English]

These are valuable sources of information. They play a crucial role in the body of knowledge. A large amount considerable energy and time of faculty members of universities are spent on them every year. This research aimed at identifying the components of a purposive thesis in the country’s universities of medical sciences. This research, which was conducted using grounded theory method. The statistical population consists of 60 individuals including all the deputies and directors of the country’s universities of medical sciences. Data of 38 individuals using purposive method. Therefore, 38 individuals were saturated as the research participants. The data were collected using an open-ended questionnaire. Non-participating experts’ revision method was used for achieving reliability and validity of the data and the data were analyzed using the method of content analysis. Two-hundred and four codes were obtained by the analysis of responses, which were then placed in 53 IDs (concepts). The IDs were placed within 23 basic concepts and three major concepts (input components of thesis, process components of thesis, and output components of thesis) were extracted from them. The purposive thesis was selected as the core category after combining and analyzing the primary concepts and categories. Finally, some strategies were formulated as per the systematic approach of grounded theory with respect to the causal conditions, underlying conditions, and confounding conditions and the final model was presented based on that. It is possible to achieve purposive theses in the universities of medical sciences while considering a systematic attitude toward thesis factors into consideration
