بررسی مقایسه ای هوش هیجانی دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی دزفول

چکیده

دانشجویان هر جامعه، نیروی انسانی و سازندگان فردای آن جامعه هستند. از این رو سلامت جسم و روان آنان از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است و هوش هیجانی به عنوان عامل پیش بینی کننده سلامت روانی، اجتماعی، موفقیت تحصیلی و شغلی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین مقایسه ای هوش هیجانی دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی دزفول در سال 1393 انجام شد. مطالعه بصورت توصیفی_تحلیلی انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری بصورت تصادفی_سهمیه ای بود. در این مطالعه 126 دانشجوی پسر و 108 دانشجوی دختر شرکت کردند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار آن بود. جهت اعتبار و پایایی پرسشنامه به ترتیب از اعتبار محتوا و روش همسانی درونی استفاده شد و میزان آلفای کرونباخ هوش هیجانی کل 0.93 گزارش گردید. در این پژوهش، میانگین هوش هیجانی کلی و نیز مؤلفه‌های آن در دختران بیشتر از پسران بود(P<0.05). اکثریت دانشجویان(23/69%) میزان هوش هیجانی کلی در سطح خوب داشتند. در مجموع بررسی ارتباط بین عوامل هوش هیجانی با مشخصات فردی نشان داد که بین دو مؤلفه انعطاف پذیری و کنترل تکانش با سن در دختران و خود شکوفایی و استقلال با سطح تحصیلات در پسران رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد(05/0P<). با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه به نظر می رسد توجه به هوش هیجانی برای بهداشت روانی و موفقیت در دانشجویان و لزوم ارتقاء سایر مهارت های این هوش در دانشجویان(خصوصاً پسران) توجه لازم به عمل آید.

Student to which community they belong are the next empower and constructor of society, hence their physical and mental health and emotional intelligence as a predictor of mental and social health, educational and career are very important. The present study aimed to compare emotional intelligence between boy and girl medical students at Dezful University of Medical Sciences in 2014. A descriptive - analytic study was carried out that the population consisted of 108 girls and 126 boys studying at Dezful University of Medical Sciences and they were participated through Random sampling - the quota being selected. In addition, the data were collected using demographic characteristics and Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire which the validity and reliability of that were approved by content validity and internal consistency, and Cronbach's alpha level was reported 0.93, too. In total, the mean of overall emotional intelligence and its components were reported more in girls than boys (P<0.05), and overall emotional intelligence among the majority of students (69/23%) were at good level. Moreover; a comparison of the relationship between emotional intelligence and demographic factors (age, GPA, education and marital status) showed a significant relationship between the two components (the flexibility and control of impulsivity) with age in girls, and also self-actualization and independence with education level in boys (P<0.05).
