بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان درباره ی آموزش و ارزشیابی بخش اندو در دانشکده ی دندان پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در سال تحصیلی1392_1393

چکیده

دانشجویان به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی دانشگاه بوده و رضایتمندی آنان از فعالیت های انجام شده در دانشگاه می تواند در نگرش آنها به رشته ی تحصیلی شان در جهت حفظ و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش مؤثر باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان درباره ی نحوه ی آموزش و ارزشیابی بخش اندو در دانشکده ی دندان پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در سال تحصیلی1392_1393 می باشد. این بررسی به صورت مقطعی بر روی کلیه ی دانشجویانی که در این سال تحصیلی واحدهای اندو عملی را انتخاب کرده بودند، صورت گرفت (سرشماری). جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه ی استانداردی که پایایی و روایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفته بود، استفاده شد. پردازش داده ها توسط آزمون های آماری آنووا (ANOVA) و t مستقل صورت گرفت. بر اساس نتایج مشخص شد که میزان رضایت دانشجویان دختر در مورد پرسنل کمتر از پسر است که این اختلاف معنادار بوده (05/0> (Pو رضایت دانشجویان انتقالی در قسمت انتخاب واحد، امکانات بخش، اساتید وارزشیابی نسبت به دو سهمیه ی دیگر بیشتر است. همچنین دانشجویان واحد اندو 4 عملی به جز در قسمت ارزشیابی رضایت کمتری را در سایر موارد نسبت به بقیه بیان نمودند. به طورکلی، می توان بالاترین رضایت را در دانشجویان تکمیلی و پایین ترین میزان رضایت را در دانشجویان آزاد یافت. همچنین دانشجویان واحد اندو 4 عملی رضایت کمتری را نسبت به سایر واحدهای اندو عملی دارند. در مجموع، رضایت از بخش اندو در سطح کم قرار دارد.

چکیده [English]

Students are regarded as one of the main pillars of university, and hence their satisfaction with the activities carried out at university can be queitly essential for their attitude towards their discipline in order to preserve as well as to promote the quality of effective education. Therefore, this study aimed to examine students’ attitude in regard to education and also the evaluation of endodontic department of Yazd Shahid Sadoughi Dental School in 2013_2014. This cross-sectional study was conducted on all students who had selected practical endodontic units in 2013-2014 (census method). In order to glean the research data, a standardized questionnaire was utilized on which the reliability and validity have been substantiated. Moreover, the study' data were analyzed by applying statistical tests of ANOVA and independent T-test. Then, the study' results revealed that the satisfaction rate of female students was reported less than the amount mentioned by male students in regard with the personnel, and the difference was observed to be significant (P > 0.05). Furthermore, transfer students’ satisfaction level was more than the two other quotas at selecting units, department facilities, instructors, and evaluations. In addition, students of 4th-Practical-endodontic units demonstrated less satisfaction except for evaluation compared to other cases. In general, the highest satisfaction level belonged to the capacity-supplimantary students, whereas the lowest rate of satisfaction was found in the dental students. Students of forth-practical-Endodontic units were less satisfied in coparison to those students of other Endo units. Overall, Endo satisfaction lied at low level.
