The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between rate of dimensions of learning organization with knowledge management in personnel’s and managers. The population was all of personnel’s and managers at Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences (AJUMS). The sample population consisted of 180 personnel’s and managers; they were selected through simple random sampling; and the used scales were included Learning Organization questionnaire and Knowledge Management questionnaire. The method of research was a correlation method. The data were also analyzed by using one sample t-test, Pearson coefficient correlation, and Multivariable Regression. The results showed that five dimensions consist of personal mastery, mental models, building shared vision, team learning and systems thinking were lower than the average. In addition, the result indicated the significant positive relation existed between these five dimensions with knowledge management. Moreover, the stepwise regression indicated that system thinking and mental models were the proper independent variables of knowledge management that was a dependent variable.
