اثربخشی آموزش ارتباط بدون خشونت بر افزایش عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان

چکیده

دف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر روش ارتباط بدون خشونت بر افزایش عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان بود. در این پژوهش تجربی 30 نفر از دانش آموزان پسر پایه هفتم منطقه یک تهران از دبیرستان پسرانه آموزش واقع در منطقه یک به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین گشتند. معدل ترم قبل دانش آموزان به عنوان پیش آزمون ثبت گردید. سپس برای گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه آموزش ارتباط بدون خشونت برگزار شد که در این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ مشاوره ای دریافت نکرد. پس از آن معدل دانش آموزان هر دو گروه به عنوان پس آزمون ثبت شد، پس از گردآوری داده ها، اطلاعات از طریق روش های آماری تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد تأثیر روش ارتباط بدون خشونت بر متغیرهای وابسته (عملکرد تحصیلی) اثر کرده است (05/0 P<). بر اساس یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که ارتباط بدون خشونت بر افزایش عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان مؤثر است.

چکیده [English]

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of non-violent communication to increase the academic performance of students. In this experimental study, 30 male students in seventh grade of Region 1 Tehran were selected randomly from Amoozesh high school located in the Region 1 Tehran. They distributed into the experimental and control group. The student's GPA of previous semester registered as the pre-exam score. 10 sessions of nonviolent communication training held for the experimental group. During this period, the control group received no advice. The students' GPA of both groups was registered as the post-test score. After data collection, data were analyzed using ANCOVA analysis. The results showed that non-violent communication method influences on the dependent variable (academic performance) (P<0.05).
