بررسی کیفیت آموزش اساتید عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان زنجان از دیدگاه دانشجویان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کیفیت آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان زنجان از دیدگاه دانشجویان در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده ها توصیفی-بررسی موردی است. در پژوهش حاضر، جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان زنجان در پردیس­های شهید بهشتی و الزهرا به تعداد 15 نفر بودند که به علت محدود بودن اساتید، تمامی آنها به روش سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. همچنین، جهت بررسی کیفیت تدریس استادان توسط دانشجویان، از میان 929 نفر دانشجو، 129 نفر با فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. از سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جهت گردآوری داده ها استفاده شد. همچنین، داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون تی تک نمونه­ای و نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته­های به دست آمده نشان داد که از نظر دانشجویان توانایی علمی اساتید و روش های تدریس آنها کمتر از حد متوسط بوده و قانون مداری اساتید نیز در سطح خوب قرار ندارد. با توجه به این یافته­ها، طراحی برنامه های اصلاحی در گـروه هـای آموزشی از قبیل برگزاری دوره­هـای بـازآموزی می­تواند زمینه تقویت علمی اساتید و آشنایی آنها با روش­های نوین آموزشی را فراهم سازد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted to evaluate the educational quality of faculty members from students' point of view.  The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-case study in terms of data collection. Hence, the statistical population included all 15 faculty members of Farhangian University of Zanjan in Shahid Beheshti and Al-Zahra campuses in the academic year 2009-2010, that they were examined by census due to limited professors. Moreover, 129 out of 929 students were selected by Cochran's formula and simple random sampling method to evaluate the quality of teaching by professors. Three researcher-made questionnaires were used to collect data and then the data were analyzed using T-sample and SPSS software. The findings showed the students claimed that scientific ability and teaching methods were less than average and the law enforcement of professors was not at an acceptable level. According to these findings, the design of correctional programs in educational groups, such as holding training courses, can provide a foundation of scientific strengthening of professors and their familiarity with modern teaching methods.
